We're hosting a watercolor workshop to benefit Alive Rescue!
We're putting together one of our popular watercolor projects and painting PLANTS! Join us to raise funds for to benefit their animal rescue programs and Build Big Barn campaign and sanctuary space. Alive is also committed to programs to keep pets with their families and provide pet care services to underserved communities.
We'll meet on Zoom and paint an assortment of plants together. No painting experience required - this will be a casual 2-hour activity. We'll start with watercolor fundamentals, color-mixing basics, paint an assortment of potted plants and succulents. Here's what your kit will include:
- Round watercolor brush (size 4)
- 8 sheets of cold-press watercolor paper (4x6)
- 10-well palette with lid
- high-quality, concentrated watercolor pre-distributed onto palette (pending colors used you should have plenty of paint to use beyond class)
- watercolor greeting card envelope
- 2 watercolor gift tags/bookmarks
Here's what you'll need:

- cup of water
Note: Kits are done in a pre-order format and will all be assembled together and ready starting March 29. Kits available for nationwide shipping or FREE pickup at Indigo & Violet Studio (1411 W. Irving Park Rd.). Feel free to with any questions about materials or fulfillment options.
